Terms of purchase
The following purchase conditions apply to the sale of furniture and interior design products as well as other movable property (hereinafter referred to as "the products") by Gaspalori AB, organization number 559284-6322, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "you") and Gaspalori AB. When selling to consumers, Gaspalori applies the mandatory rules that follow from the applicable legislation.
1. General terms
Gaspalori sells furniture, art and home decor via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have valid ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent to your purchase from your guardian. The products that we sell can be used in Sweden and they have a manual or instruction manual when the product requires it, either in physical or digital form. We provide you with such a manual or instruction manual in connection with your purchase.
2. Orders
Ordering products is made on our website gaspalori.com. If you have questions about how to order, please call our customer service on 08-50931404 or contact us via email to info@gaspalori.com. Completed order means that you accept these terms of purchase and consent to your personal data being registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are made when the customer receives their delivery confirmation. The order confirmation is a confirmation of booked goods with information that the agreed purchase is confirmed when the customer receives their delivery confirmation. In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. indication of price, stock differences, delivery time, product information etc. we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge.
Discount codes can only be used per purchase, they cannot be combined with each other or with other compensation or replacement codes.
3. Order to Companies
We sell to private and for commercial customers. However, we are a retailer, so we only use to commercial customers that are working on interior projects etc. We do not sell to other retailers. Please contact us if you would like more information.
4. Payment
Payment
gaspalori.com uses Klarna's Checkout for all payments. You can accept Klarna's terms of purchase at checkout when payments are made.
You can pay for your purchase at Gaspalori according to the payment method specified below.
Swish
We offer Swish payment via Klarna. If you are connected to Swish, you have the option of making payments that are deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and authorize the payment via your mobile Bank ID to complete the purchase.
Card payment
Gaspalori offers a secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard in collaboration with Klarna. When paying by card, you as a customer are forwarded to a secure page where you can safely fill in your card details and complete the payment. Gaspalori never handles your card details. As a customer, you can only shop with cards issued within Europe. When paying by card, the money is deducted from your card immediately when you complete your purchase. If you are waiting for a refund, it may take 2-5 banking days before the refund is sent to your payment card after the matter has been processed at Gaspalori. This is so that all parties, including the bank, can perform the transaction.

6. Immaterial rights
All content on gaspalori.com, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, as well as all intellectual property rights related thereto (such as copyrights, design rights, design rights and trademarks), belong to Gaspalori or Gaspalori's suppliers and are protected by Swedish and international law. You do not acquire any ownership rights to such content or intellectual property rights through your use of Gaspalori.com or through the purchase of products from Gaspalori.
7. Shipping and Delivery
When the goods have left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping companies who must deliver your order within the specified time. Gaspalori cannot provide any delivery guarantee for goods that are not in stock when you placed your order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay.
Because we have several warehouses, your order may be sent in several different deliveries. Parts of your order can therefore be sent from one warehouse, and the remaining parts from another. If your order is sent from different warehouses, we try to ensure that all goods are delivered at approximately the same time.
7.1 Delivery time
The delivery time is based on the items in the shopping cart, your zip code and the shipping method chosen. In the checkout you will find an estimated delivery time for your particular goods.
7.2 Delivery method
Delivery of ordered goods takes place through Postnord or Budbee.
7.3 Transport responsibility
If the item is damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. However, Gaspalori is not responsible for goods delivered with Postnord's Home Delivery service, Budbee Home or packages delivered without a receipt where you as a customer have chosen this as the delivery method.
In the event of a possible return to us, it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return being returned correctly based on our return conditions, and you are responsible for your purchased product (including damage caused to the product) until you hand it over to the carrier who will return the product to us.
7.4 Transport damage
If the product is damaged when you receive the product, this should be reported immediately to Gaspalori's customer service. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is free of defects as soon as possible after receipt.
If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the driver upon receipt of the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.
A product that has been wrongly dispatched should be reported to Gaspalori as soon as possible.
If a product should be shipped incorrectly, damaged or incorrect, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge.
7.5 Untriggered order
We reserve the right to charge you the costs for handling that arise if you have not picked up delivered products on time (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee if a package is not collected. The fee is based on the weight of the item and the cost of shipping the item. This price may vary. Contact us for more information about your shipment. The shipment is with the postal agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first contact customer service who will help you with a return of the package.
10.Discount codes and conditions for campaigns
10.1 Discount codes
If you want to use a discount or compensation code when placing an order with us, you must do the following:
Put your products in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Under the products in the checkout, click on "Click here to enter discount code".
Enter the discount code in the box and click "Apply".
You will now be able to see the deducted amount at the total amount.
ATTENTION! If the code does not work, double-check the spelling and that you have used upper and lower case letters correctly.
Compensation and replacement codes from customer service are only valid for one purchase. The code must be entered at checkout before paying to be valid and cannot be registered afterwards.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase, as discount codes cannot be combined (regardless of whether they are promotional codes, compensation codes or replacement codes). The total value of the products must be higher than the value of the discount code for the purchase to be completed.
Each discount code has a validity period, and there is neither the possibility to extend the validity period nor to activate a discount code after the validity period has expired.
If you are returning a product where you have used a code from customer service at the time of purchase, please contact us to obtain a new replacement code. The value of codes cannot be refunded in cash. In the case of products purchased with a promotional code, the code is not replaced upon return, but you will receive a refund of what you have paid at the time of purchase. When exchanging a product for another from the same campaign, you must contact customer service.
1.1 Force Majeure
If our fulfillment of our obligations under these terms or agreements entered into is significantly hindered or prevented due to circumstances beyond our control and which we could not have reasonably foreseen, this shall relieve us from the fulfillment of our obligations, as well as damages and other penalties (so-called force majeure). Such unforeseeable events can be war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery by subcontractors, as well as other costly circumstances and events beyond our control.
14. Other conditions
Gaspalori has the right to use subcontractors to fulfill our obligations according to these purchase conditions.
If a competent court, authority or arbitration panel should find that any provision of these purchase conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
15. Applicable law and dispute
These terms and conditions of purchase shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, however with the exception of such international private law provisions which entail the application of the law in another jurisdiction.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer advisor or the General Complaints Board (ARN) via

If you have a complaint or problem with Gaspalori's services or products, and you cannot resolve the complaint or problem directly with Gaspalori, you can also submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform ("ODR Platform"). The ODR platform offers consumers in the EU an opportunity to try to resolve disputes about complaints about products bought online, without involving a court.
