All our furniture is made to order and we do not offer a right of return or exchange for our furniture.
You have three days to cancel your purchase before the production of your item starts. After production has started, there is unfortunately no possibility to cancel your purchase. This applies to all products that are not in stock.
Products in deteriorated condition
If the product has been used more than is necessary for you to be able to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a reasonable price reduction corresponding to the reduction in value that occurred in connection with handling. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Complaint
Should there be a fault with your item, make a complaint via info@gaspalori.com as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered. Describe the fault or damage in as much detail as possible and attach pictures of the damage. This is so that we can assess your case as well as possible. We will then contact you as soon as we can for a possible replacement or return. In the event of any payment, this takes place within 30 days of the case being resolved.
When you shop at Gaspalori, you have a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that were present when you received the product. Original faults must be able to be demonstrated to and confirmed by Gaspalori for the product warranty to apply. The product warranty means that, depending on the situation, you can be offered a free repair, new product or reduction of the original price. The product warranty does not apply if we cannot find the fault with the product, or if you have caused the damage yourself.
If you want to make a complaint and/or enforce the product warranty, please contact our customer service. We will ask you to send a description of the product's fault and images that clearly prove the fault, so that we can help you further in the process. Any refund will be made as soon as possible after we have received and registered the defective product in our warehouse.
Gaspalori will of course pay the cost of the return shipping in the event of a valid product warranty or right of complaint.
